Technical Papers
Education on new, state-of-the-art developments is the core of CICC’s technical program. lecture presentations and poster presentations addressing a broad range of circuits, applications, design techniques, tools, test and reliability, and system-on-a-chip, will be presented in 2015. Awards for Best Paper will be given in both regular and student submission categories. CICC papers are in-depth descriptions of the latest advancements in IC technology and design methods, not product briefs or marketing hype.
The technical sessions are highlighted by invited and tutorial papers presented by leading experts from industry and academia. CICC presents excellent papers, especially in the areas related to emerging technology CICC papers are also eligible for publication in a special issue of the IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits. Educational Sessions
The Educational Sessions run concurrently with the Tuesday and Wednesday Technical Sessions. The Educational Sessions are included in the conference registration fee. The Educational Sessions are a valuable opportunity to refresh key skills in traditional circuit-design methods and acquire knowledge in vital new areas. Instruction by industry-recognized invited speakers make these Educational Sessions among the best in the industry.
Panels
Key issues and controversial topics are debated by leaders from the IC industry. CICC panel discussions are well known for their lively and thought-provoking discussions. The Q&A sessions provide the audience the opportunity to weigh in on the important issues.
Forum Presentations
Special sessions of invited papers are planned on Monday and on Tuesday.
Exhibits
Displays and demonstrations by semiconductor manufacturers, software tool suppliers, silicon IP providers, design-service houses and technical book vendors.
Conference Social Events
Stimulating social happenings that complement the technical character of CICC such as the Monday evening Welcome Reception, the Tuesday evening Conference Reception and Conference Luncheon provide additional opportunities for discussion and peer networking in a relaxed environment.
