CICC 2022 will be organized as a hybrid event with live sessions on-site at the Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel in Newport Beach, California, and live streamed to remote attendees. The presentations will also be available for on-demand viewing access to registered attendees. All presenters whether presenting live in-person or virtually, will need to prepare in advance a pre-recorded video of their presentation.
The use of any meeting software is acceptable, provided you get a good quality recording, and your final file is in the MP4 format. Below are links to common platforms with instructions on recording a presentation:

Pre-recorded Video File Requirements:
All video files must be in MP4 Format.
All files must use the following naming convention: PresentationID_Lastname.mp4. The presentation ID is the code that is listed in front of your presentation title (Examples: 1- 3_lastname.mp4, 4-2_lastname.mp4).
All presenters must use the CICC 2022_Presentation Template.
A bit rate of 1mbps or less: To check the bit rate, right click on the file name, click on properties, go to the details tab, and look for total bitrate. (*Note: The platform will accept videos with a higher bit rate, but some quality may be lost during the upload process).
Resolution = 720p HD
Uploading Your Presentation to the Virtual Conference Platform:
After you have prepared your final pre-recorded video, please refer to the spreadsheet named “CICC 2022 Presenter Upload Links” that was sent to all presenters on 28 February. Within the spreadsheet you will find your corresponding session and the file upload link in Column B. This link will take you to a form where you can upload your pre-recorded MP4 video and presentation slides. Please remember to send your slides to your session chairs for review by 18 March 2022. Final slides and pre-recorded videos must be submitted by 9 April 2022.
Registration is now open and is required for all presenters. Please be sure to register for the conference in the “CICC Presenter” category. You will be prompted to include your Presentation ID which is the code that is listed in front of your presentation title (Ex. 1 4, 2-6). Please do not remove this code from your presentation title.
