HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:

The Kimpton Hotel Van Zandt is a downtown Austin Boutique hotel.  Enjoy the roof-top pool, 24-hour fitness center, evening social hour and morning coffee and tea.

The room rate is $249 for a deluxe King room and $269 for a Deluxe Queen room (2 beds). All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card. The $249.00 room rate is valid from Friday, April – Wednesday, May 3.  If the hotel has availability, the room rate will be available 3 days before the meeting and for three days after the meeting.

It is the responsibility of each participant to make changes or cancellations directly with the hotel no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds will be given by the hotel for changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours notification.
