Advance registration will be available in June, 2008.
The Registration Desk at the conference will be open as follows:
Educational Sessions Registration Only

Technical Session Registration:
Sunday, Sept. 21, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Monday, Sept. 22, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, Sept. 23, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, Sept. 24, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Payment of the Technical Session registration fee entitles the registrant
to entrance to all Monday-Wednesday, Technical Sessions, the Exhibit Hall, Monday Welcome
Reception, Tuesday Conference Reception, and to one copy of the CD ROM of the technical papers.
FOR THE SECOND YEAR - CD ROMs, not a book, of the technical papers will be included in the
registration fee. Registrants who would like a hard copy of the technical papers need
to purchase the book through Advance Registration by August 22. A limited number of books will be printed and the
conference will not guarantee that copies will be available for sale onsite at the conference.
Single-day registration entitles the registrant to that day's events and one copy of
CD ROM of the technical papers.
Technical session registration does not include entrance to the Sunday Educational Sessions.

Payment of the Sunday Educational Sessions registration fee entitles the registrant
to entrance to the Sunday Educational Sessions, lunch on Sunday, and one copy of the
Educational Sessions Workbook. Educational Session registration does not include entrance
to the Monday-Wednesday Technical Sessions, the Exhibits or a copy of the CD ROM on the conference
technical papers.
