IEEE no longer provides templates for
paper preparation. Please follow instructions below (same as on the Author Kit page)
to prepare your paper in PDF format.
Your completed submission
must be downloaded by
11:59 pm, Pacific time on April 7, 2008.
PAPER FORMAT
Submitted papers for both lecture and poster presentation are limited to 4 pages
including illustrations.
You will need to submit your paper in a PDF file format. Authors are requested to
use the IEEE PDF eXpress program to distill their files to PDF in order to meet IEEE Explore
requirements. You are able to access that program below.
Please review the following files which give complete instructions for preparing your PDF file
paper to meet IEEE requirements:

This takes you to the log in page. The CICC code is cicc08x. Read all about PDF eXpress by clicking on "Using IEEE PDF eXpress
on the menu on the left. The PDF eXpress application is active.
