LECTURE PRESENTATION AUTHORS
All lecture presentations will be projected from a Windows PC, using either Microsoft
PowerPoint Office XP or Portable Document Format (PDF), Acrobat Version 6.0
Session Chairmen will be in touch with presenting authors with more details.
Lecture Presentation authors are required to follow these guidelines
when preparing their presentations
For reference and guidance in preparing your presentation, this PowerPoint
template is available. It is a 134,656-byte PowerPoint97 file. (If you open this file in your web browser
and it is unreadable, save it to your hard drive as a PowerPoint file. Reopen it in PowerPoint and it should be readable.
Some web browsers do not translate PowerPoint documents correctly so they can't be read from web servers.
Following these instructions is critical to the preparation of your presentation.
Please follow them carefully.
Lecture Presentation authors using PowerPoint as their projection program MUST give their Session
Chair a pdf file of their slides for inclusion on the CD ROM. Lecture Presentation authors using PDF
as their projection program don't need to bring a new file for the CD ROM. We will take your
presentation off the Session computer.

Poster Presentation authors are required to follow these guidelines
when preparing their presentations.
