and exercise facilities. The hotel is only 1 mile from the San Jose Airport.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
The room rate is $145 for a single or double room. All rooms must be
guaranteed with a credit card. The $145.00 room rate is valid from Thursday, September 16
through Saturday, September 25 (3 days before the meeting and for three days after the meeting.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
The online reservations link will be available in early June, 2010.
It is the
responsibility of each participant to make changes or cancellations directly
with the hotel no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds will be
given by the hotel for changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notification.
