Patrick
Drennan received a BS in Microelectronic
Engineering and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Instiute of Technology in 1991 and 1993 and a PhD
in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University in 1999. He joined Motorola (now Freescale Semiconductor) in Tempe, Arizona in 1992 where
he is Senior Member of the Technical Staff. He was the receipient
of the 2002 IEEE CICC Best Regular Paper and 2006 IEEE CICC Best
Invited Paper Awards.
