Hotel Accommodations

The Town & Country Hotel is located at 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA. Parking at the hotel is $8/day for hotel guests and $2/hour (not to exceed $10) for non-guests. Room rates are: Regency Tower and Courtyard: $130/single, $145/double; Royal Palm Tower: $140/single, $155/double. To make hotel reservations, fill out the Housing Reservation Form and mail or fax: (619) 291-3584 it to the Town & Country Hotel by APRIL 9th to qualify for a room at our special rate. Reservations can also be arranged online at http://www.towncountry.com/. The Name of Convention/Group is IEEEC. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

You will receive a reservation confirmation directly from the hotel. It is the responsibility of each participant to make changes or cancellations directly with the hotel no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds will be given by the hotel for changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours notification.

Airline Discount Program

Special discounted airfares for Custom Integrated Circuits Conference on May 6-9, 2001 in San Diego, California have been negotiated with American and United Airlines. American Airlines is offering discounts as high as 13% off the lowest published coach airfares. United Airlines is offering a 12% discount off of the lowest published coach airfares. Where super-saver or discounted airfares are not applicable, Continental and United Airlines are offering zone fares. Discounted airfares are also available on other airline carriers. Please call IEEE Travel Services for availability. Some restrictions apply and airfares are guaranteed to be the lowest available at the time of ticketing. Special rates have also been negotiated with Avis rental car company.

Airport Transportation

Located in Mission Valley, the Town and Country Hotel is six miles from San Diego's Lindberg Field Airport. Cloud Nine Shuttle provides shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.
