Beginning in 1999, CICC will be giving an award for Best Paper.

Best Paper

We are pleased to name:

CMOS Technology Characterization for Analog and RF Design
Behzad Razavi, University of California, Los Angeles

as the Best Paper of CICC '98. The award will be formally presented at this year's conference.

This paper is also available for online viewing (163k PDF).

Among other outstanding papers from CICC '98, it is featured in a special CICC '98 issue of the IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits (JSSC).
