CICC 2008 will be held September 21 - 24, 2008 at the DoubleTree Hotel 2050 Gateway Place, San Jose, CA 408-453-4000. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and exercise facilities. The hotel is only 1 mile from the San Jose Airport. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: The room rate is $129 for a single or double room. All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card. The $129.00 room rate is valid from Thursday, September 18 through Saturday, September 27 (3 days before the meeting and for three days after the meeting. HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Hotel reservation cut-off date has been extended to Friday, August 29, 2008. Please make your hotel reservation prior to that date to get the CICC rate. After that date, the room block will be released to the public and will sell out immediately because of a city-wide conference during Sept. 21 - 24. Phone Reservations Call the DoubleTree directly at 408-453-4000, ask for reservations, tell them you are with the IEEE CICC, to get a room in our block. It is the responsibility of each participant to make changes or cancellations directly with the hotel no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds will be given by the hotel for changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours notification.
